1 ½ cups of mango pulp
1 cup of plain kefir
1 ½ tbsp. honey bees
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Beat two medium mangoes well to obtain the indicated amount of pulp.
2. Add kefir, honey and salt. Continue beating for a couple more minutes.
3. Place the mixture on the palettes. Do not fill them to the top so that it does not happen to you like it did to me, that I have a hollow space between the ice cream and the pot holder. Put the molds in the refrigerator and after half an hour, place the potholders. Continue cooling for another couple of hours or overnight.
4. Gives 7-8 lollipops.
