Ingredients / for 4 people:
– 1 puff pastry
– 200 g bacon
– 2 large onions
– 1 to 2 potatoes depending on size (precooked in advance)
– 1 large Camembert
– 1 egg for brownin
Preparation:
Step: 1
Preheat to 190° (Th 6-7). Peel and slice the onion. Brown it in a pan with the bacon. Cut the cheese into 3 lengthwise. Cut the potatoes into slices.
Place the first piece of Camembert on the dough and place a layer of potato and the bacon-onion mixture on top and add a layer of potatoes.
Step: 2
Put the second piece of cheese and put a layer of potatoes + bacon on top and finish with a layer of potatoes. Place the last piece of Camembert.
Close the dough without leaving any light so that the Camembert does not leak and using a brush, brown the dough with the egg yolk. Place in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the oven.
To finish:
Variations: The bacon can be replaced by minced chicken and the Camembert by another cheese such as Coulommiers or Grand Maroilles.
