Instructions:
Baking the Cake
- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the instructions on the package.
- Bake the cake in a 9×13-inch pan according to the package instructions.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before proceeding to the next step.
Preparing the Pudding
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate the pudding mixture for 5-10 minutes to allow it to set.
Assembling the Cake
- Using a fork, poke holes all over the cooled cake.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, making sure to fill the holes and cover the entire surface.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer.
