Cook the Pork:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the red bell pepper, mushrooms, and shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine the Ingredients:
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet.
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the pork, vegetables, and noodles in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Serve and Garnish:
- Transfer the Pork Lo Mein to a serving dish.
- Garnish with sliced green onions (scallions) for freshness and color.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
