PORK LO MEIN

Cook the Pork:
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the red bell pepper, mushrooms, and shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine the Ingredients:
  1. Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the vegetables.
  2. Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet.
Prepare the Sauce:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  2. Pour the sauce over the pork, vegetables, and noodles in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Serve and Garnish:
  1. Transfer the Pork Lo Mein to a serving dish.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions (scallions) for freshness and color.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
